I’ve been attending Gina’s Deep water Aquarobics class twice a week for the last 9 months and really enjoy the workout she give us all. I can work at my own level and the strengthening and aerobic fitness I’ve gained allows me to enjoy my recreational cycling with a good deal more ease. I like being able to workout without frae or joint impact, too, now that I’m in my mid-60’s and have had various ankle and knee problems in the past!

Gina’s water aerobics classes are fun and rewarding. One of Gina’s strong features is her explanation on the use of muscle groups and how they might benefit from specific activity. As we attend these classes for back strengthening (Peter) and leg rehabilitation (Shirley), we find this educative. We also appreciate her charming and professional manner.

I am a fifty year old woman and have been a keen athlete all my life. As a teenager I was a state swimmer and netballer with a high level of fitness. I have maintained my fitness as an adult by participating in a range of sports, including triathlons. I have a teaching background and 15 years ago I ran a small business teaching aqua-aerobics when it was in its infancy in Perth.
I discovered Gina by attending her aqua-aerobic classes at Claremont Pool. Gina caters for all levels of fitness and I work at a higher level by not wearing a buoyancy belt and working at high intensity. Gina is encouraging and supportive with a positive, pleasant manner that makes the classes fun whilst giving the body a total work-over. Aqua classes have become an integral part of my overall fitness regime.

I have been attending the Water Aerobics Sessions at the Claremont Swimming Pools for some time, for the last ten months the instructor has been Gina Grayson-Cassey, I have found her to be very professional, efficient and encouraging and have thoroughly enjoyed these sessions which have been extremely helpful for an ongoing knee problem which was caused by an injury and is now osteoarthritis. Gina manages to vary our sessions and certainly has improved my fitness as well as improving the mobility of my knee. I wish her well with her new venture.
