We offer two different running programs.

Endurance running. Any distance over 800meters is classified as endurance running. We specialise in programs that enhance running technique and running endurance. Whether you are looking forward to your first 5km fun run, working on your 10km times or preparing for your best marathon, we have the programs to help you. You will benefit from our intimate knowledge of elite sports training and scientific approach to attaining your goals.

Sprint coaching. If you are budding young team athlete and want the technical edge, our strength and speed program is made for you. You will enjoy training the elements necessary to become your fastest. This program is typically designed for zero to 40 meter speed and repetitive sprinting. These sessions can be tailored to your specific sports demands and are usually a part of the individual coaching plan.
