We have the ability and knowledge to assess where you are in terms of athletic progression. Whether is it sprint-based speed development or long-distance running, we have the expertise to design a program for you that will maximise your potential.


Fitness

Our general fitness sessions are for those looking for general conditioning, adults who are interested in working with a group of people in a friendly and supportive environment. These sessions are usually based on a cardio vascular work out and mild muscular conditioning. They are usually self paced to some degree and usually attractive to the individual looking for health and vitality. These sessions usually run in the early morning, so the day is clear for other commitments.
