Our programs

We have the ability and knowledge to assess where you are in terms of athletic progression. Whether is it sprint-based speed development or long-distance running, we have the expertise to design a program for you that will maximise your potential.


Coaching

We offer three different styles of coaching.

  1. Individual coaching, the personalised service that leaves nothing to chance. Sessions and programs can be negotiated with any of our coaches, depending on your goals, area you live in and personal preferences.
  2. Group coaching, for those who like to have plenty of control over their training loads and running schedules. These sessions would suit athletes who enjoy challenging sessions and would like an expert to plan them.
  3. Casual session coaching: For the recreational athlete who is looking for new ideas and a training stimulus. These would compliment their weekly training sessions. If you like to turn up, run hard and enjoy other like minded runners' company then this style might suit you.
