Nutrition

Our bodies need food to produce energy for movement, repair tissue damage and maintain vital bodily functions. Eating the right foods will maximise your bodies sporting potential. During a recent Post Graduate course titled "Nutrition for Sports Performance" the Lecturer was asked if she could sum her course up in one sentence. She said "Eat more fruit and vegetables."

A general health tip is to eat food that is as close to living as possible and limit highly processed food. The same principle applies for sports nutrition.
